Furniture rental is a monthly subscription service for furniture and decor for your home or business. Whether you’re relocating, moving to a new home, or are in an interim space, furniture subscription allows you to rent individual pieces or pre-designed packages on a month-to-month basis.
We price our rentals by the piece, so you can always invest in the items you need and nothing more.
That said, we know it helps to get a general point of reference for investment. Below are common monthly rental investments based on the number of rooms you are furnishing:
1 room: $1,000 - $2,000 per month
2 rooms: $2,000 - $3,500 per month
3 rooms: $3,500 - $5,000 per month
4 rooms: $4,000 - $6,000 per month
We provide a 10% discount for a 6-month subscription, and a 15% discount for a 12-month subscription.
The majority of our furniture is new or lightly used. Our quality control process helps ensure that every piece of furniture we deliver to you is cleaned, inspected, and meets the Mayker standard prior to delivery.
We offer short and long term rental periods to allow you to find the rental period that fits you best. We request a minimum 2-month subscription with options to extend on a month-to-month basis after.
We'll collect the first and last month's subscription payment at contract. After that, your monthly subscription fee will be an automatic, recurring charge once per month.
